Q. Can I buy my gown directly from Lila Couture?
A. We do not sell directly to the public. The only place to buy a Lila Couture gown is from an exclusive retailer.

Q. Do you sell your gowns over the Internet?
A. Authentic Lila Couture gowns are only available at our exclusive retailers. We do not sell our gowns over the Internet and we do not recommend buying gowns on the Internet. Please contact us for more information

Q. Can I purchase material or beading, or receive a swatch of fabric from you?
A. These items are available for purchase. Material, beading, and swatch requests should be addressed to the retailer that you are purchasing your gown from.

Q. How long will it take to receive my gown?
A. Standard delivery time for Lila gowns is 12 weeks. If a gown is in stock, we may be able to send it more quickly, or rush the order. Please contact us to find a retailer in your area, so they can order your gown in plenty of time!

Q. How do I become an Exclusive Lila Couture Retailer?
A. Please visit our Contact page for contact information. A sales representative will contact you shortly.

Q. What sizes are available?
A. Our sizes run from 4 to 20. We are able to accommodate other sizes, please contact your Exclusive Retailer for details.

Q. How can I get a picture of my gown?
A. Please visit the Collections page on our website for pictures of our gowns, or you can send us your request and we can email you pictures. Our gowns are also featured in most national bridal magazines.
